Delivery

Most of our goods are sent directly from our suppliers and they aim to deliver as quickly as possible, usually within 2 - 5 working days unless otherwise stated. Express delivery is available for some items and options will be given at checkout. Free delivery is only available to UK mainland, excluding some parts of Scotland. Additional charges may apply to some parts of Scotland or outside the UK mainland; in these cases, we will contact you before processing your order or you can contact us for a quotation.
Please note that goods are not available for personal collection. Please also note that large or heavy items are usually “kerbside pallet delivery”, so please be prepared to get assistance, as necessary.

Security

All credit and debit card transactions on ToGo.co.uk take place automatically over a secure server with information encrypted using Geotrust QuickSSL Encryption to ensure that your card details cannot be seen and we do not keep any record of your card details.

Order Acceptance

No orders are accepted until payment has been taken and your order is marked as processed. An acknowledgement of an order either by e-mail, on screen receipt or any other process does not indicate acceptance of an order regardless of any wording on said acknowledgement. ToGo.co.uk reserves the right at any time, prior to acceptance of an order to refuse this order or any part of the same and also to require from the customer any further information, or clarification of any details given to ensure the evaluation of the order is satisfied and process of the order can proceed.
Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English Law. Togo.co.uk accepts no liability for any failure to despatch orders of our goods, whether this is because of our inability to do so or a decision made on reasonable grounds not to do so. This is provided that all reasonable actions have been taken to contact you with this information within 14 days of the order.

Warranty

All goods purchased from ToGo.co.uk are new as supplied by the manufacturer and therefore carry the warranty as stated by said manufacturer. Generally, our products are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase against any manufacturing defects.

Returns

Unused goods

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund for goods returned unused and in original packaging if notified within 7 days. Return is at your expense unless we have mistakenly sent the wrong goods. Please contact us at info@togo.co.uk to arrange collection or to obtain the appropriate return address details. No refunds will be made for purchases that have evidently been used.

Faulty goods.

Please check goods on delivery and report any problems immediately at info@togo.co.uk. We will then arrange for either replacement or repair as soon as possible.
